We place the orders, follow the orders and make sure that the product implementation in the stores is done accurately.
Tansoo works closely with the vendors in order to assure accurate inventory levels and paperwork required. Understanding the procedures and lead times is extremely important.
Tansoo constantly works on the logistics aspect of the deals because without the correct logistics the programs will fail. We make sure the forwarding companies are expecting our shipments and that containers are ready to load the products in order to always maximize the lead time.
We believe that rotation of inventory is the key to profitability therefore we focus on timely reorders and creation on new programs. We work with the buyers to make sure the orders are place in time and work with the vendors to make sure the shipments are not delayed.
